Each project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who is in constant contact with the client from day one. They will ensure all aspects of the development run smoothly, from the planning stages to on-site coordination, ending with the successful handover of the project.
All of our Project Managers have up to date knowledge and training on building regulations and health and safety and ensure these are implemented to the highest standards on site.
We have an expansive list of subcontractors from which to choose when it comes to the installation process. This means we can find the best, and most cost effective, services to meet our client’s requirements. All of our subcontractors, many of whom have worked for us on numerous projects, have been subject to a rigorous, in-house, screening process. Installation is overseen by the Project Manager, who ensures the finish is completed to our exacting standards.
Following the handover, all of the equipment supplied is under warranty and our service team is available to ensure that, should any problems arise, they are solved swiftly, and with the least possible disruption.
