York Hospital

RDA was appointed to provide consultancy and design services for the transformation of the catering facilities at York Teaching Hospital Foundation Trust. The work included a two-year rebuild of York hospital’s kitchen and restaurant and the creation of a fresh food central production unit (CPU) to prepare meals for patients as well as to service satellite ‘regen’ kitchens elsewhere at the hospital and at other hospitals in the Trust.
